The local utilities company services the main power.  An in-line battery backed system maintains continuous power under emergency conditions. Two large air conditioning units are centrally located on each level.

Services:

Airport transportation and daily maid service are included. Available upon request are chef services, baby sitting, car, bicycle, motorcycle rentals, horse back riding, cooks, golf, scuba diving, kite boarding, sail boarding and surfing. If you wish to dine out but not drive into town, an ocean front restaurant is located 100 meters from the house in main condominium complex.
